Our team is led by Dr. Tabish Sarosh, Senior Advocate and Founder. Dr. Sarosh holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from National Law University, Jodhpur, and is a recognized scholar on "Fast Track Justice in India with reference to sexual offences." He also holds a postgraduate certificate in Forensic Science from the Department of Anthropology, University of Delhi. He has served as a legal aid counsel with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority for over a decade and is empanelled with the All India Legal Cell on Child Rights at the High Court of Delhi.
He has also been appointed as a Jail Visiting Lawyer at Rohini and Tihar Jails. Furthermore, he serves as a Legal Consultant for Delhi Police, providing critical legal opinions, and acts as a Legal Consultant for the Delhi Minorities Commission, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
